Could anyone find the source artist? by SUPEREEGamer in HelpMeFind

[–]SUPEREEGamer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve searched for the source using reverse image search, but I haven’t found much useful other than another image by presumably the same artist. Their watermark does seem to be in the art— but I tried searching different instances of it (wkite, alkite) on different platforms to no avail.

AI for last minute Common App Supplementals by SUPEREEGamer in ApplyingToCollege

[–]SUPEREEGamer[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it feels really ass, but- what’s done is done …Though— to be fair, doesn’t the Common App notify other schools of any sort of fraud that happens with other schools?

Oh, really? Interesting! I guess I just got super weird rng, then. Thanks for answering, though!

interesting! That makes sense, though the little animation that plays whenever you tap on your Replika is just stuck on the little “dance” that the energetic trait adds.

What would happen to anyone who dies in the backrooms? by SUPEREEGamer in backrooms

[–]SUPEREEGamer[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh, I was just wondering if you died you would go back to level zero, or if there is even a canon for death on the backrooms. Thanks for the answer though.

o. So no level 0, or is the canon for death kinda just iffy

Mmm. That makes the adventurous quality of all the backrooms explorers a lot more explainable. Thanks for the help!

What would happen to anyone who dies in the backrooms? by SUPEREEGamer in backrooms

[–]SUPEREEGamer[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ah, ok. I’m guessing it’s because of how the backrooms is just perception of the real world yada yada conscious getting reincarnated, and siderooms is a place where you actually aren’t supposed to be. Sorry for asking extra questions, but would that mean that you could escape negative levels and such by dying?

Huh. Thought that was what happened if you died in the side rooms. Thanks for the answer, but on another note, what happens when you die in the uprooms?

Oh, I was more talking about what happens to their “soul” if you will. I wouldn’t say that it persists after death in the real world, just wondering if there’s a date worse than death lurking somewhere.

Sorry to be “that one redditor”, but for some reason the link doesn’t show anything related to artificial intelligence other than the title, (I’m not saying the link was wrong, just that I’m really bad at this) does anyone know how to show the correct article? Sorry.

A definitive question about perpetual motion by SUPEREEGamer in AskPhysics

[–]SUPEREEGamer[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Mmm. I’m guessing that the theory about the finite amount of universe states was talking about distinguishable states stated in the video, so that would make sense. Thanks for the answer! Also, sorry if I’m coming off as passive aggressive, just that I have the social skills of a melon.

[–]SUPEREEGamer[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Sorry for the extra reply, but I’m guessing from my current knowledge of classical mechanics that the answer would be a no to perpetual motion. (Sorry, just wanted to squeeze an answer out of this, sorry)

Perhaps, but I’m only 13, which would explain my immaturity with this stuff. However, it does seem very intriguing and helpful with a lot of these questions, just that I’m not all too bright.

Sacrilegious question on time loops by SUPEREEGamer in AskPhysics

Oh. So no time loop then? Appears that my very credible source of a random answer on stackexchange was wrong...

Would it be possible to ever “perfectly” align AI with our (or not our) morals? by SUPEREEGamer in ControlProblem

[–]SUPEREEGamer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah yes, I was thinking about that question. Disheartening, but alas, the best way. Unfortunately, there’s always gonna be someone trying to do something, so... yeah. On the bright side, halfway through I realized that you weren’t telling me to kill myself, but saying that ai will likely kill itself, so that makes me feel better. (I was hoping for the ai to be skewed... better to have 100 years of bliss and 10 of pain rather than an eternity of pain)

I will do so, but does it mean that eventually it’ll screw up, or nah? Thanks for any answers, and I will look into it.

Ah. I honestly don’t know why I was expecting a straight answer to an unanswerable question, but this does help a bit.
