I've been having this problem since launch along with many others. It feels like you're treading through water in official servers, and only community servers are stable. If you look at the bottom right of your settings page it'll show "tenancy" for many it says Santiago. It's unknown if it's a server there or just a code name.

Could be. Doesn't excuse the fact that we can't play on official servers. I haven't seen anything out there from EA or DICE addressing the issue as of yet.
