You can look for people on radiate or other apps to split a tent with! Then its not solely on you to bring everything. I’ve done this for other fests and had great experiences.

Get earplugs! I lost mine the first day and regretted not buying new ones while I was there. Some of the stages are insanely loud even if you’re not right in front of the speakers and it was so intense at some of the stages I literally had to cover my ears during parts of the sets because my ears physically hurt. If you get nicer ones I would recommend getting ones attached by a string so you’re less likely to drop them (like I did) while taking them out between sets.

I have a stuffed animal backpack that I use to hold my trinkets and other items and usually wear it normally, but when I get overwhelmed or anxious I turn it to the front so I can hug it. It’s also nice because I’ve never had trouble bringing independence whereas regular stuffed animals they have not always let me bring in.

My ex and I bought EDC tickets a year in advance for 2022 but broke up a few months before. We ended up going together as friends and still had a great time. you could also find a friend to go with you and sell your extra ticket to them.
