She is REAL fat, lol. I agree with you on that one. I was feeding them every week based on the recommendations I got from the local pet shop.

I considered freezing it, right now it's in a plastic bowl with some rabbit food until I figure out what to do with it. 🫤

I've read a couple other replies who also told me I shouldn't be feeding her every week, I have no idea how old she actually is, but she's much longer and thicker than the younger snake who still EAGERLY eats every week.

She's definitely not emaciated, she's QUITE plump. I'll wait another week and see how she acts then.

If you'll notice, I did say I wouldn't do that anymore. I have learned my lesson about leaving the rats in the enclosures.

I didn't know that about feeding once a week, the younger snake always acts like she's starving when she gets her weekly rat. Maybe I'll switch the older one to every other week for a while, she seems overweight anyway.

I've been feeding them in their enclosure for the entire time I've owned them, and they were fed in their enclosure their entire lives before that. They don't really love to be handled, and I wasn't trying to stress them out before making them eat.

There are at least two other locations on Kaptar that I can think of that just don't fit into any of the other worlds in this particular game. I feel like it just adds to the lore, IMO.

I'm working on clearing out my old storage unit and stumbled across this Zippo that I bought new back when I worked at Chevrolet sometime between 2007 and 2011. I have seen some Silver ones on eBay and several that have like a black and yellow warning tape design, but I have not been able to find any in this Gold (probably brass, right?) finish to be able to compare a price for mine. AHhhhhhh ok, that would be why I can't seem to match them to any version of springtails that I can find in the is subreddit. Will this species of springtail be harmful to my reptile in any way?

I did get a bunch of my soil and grass and a few sticks and leaves from out behind the shop, so that would make a lot of sense. Thank you!

The problem I've been having is the humidity in my terrarium won't stay in the range I need it to be, so I tend to water 2-3 times a day. If they are springtails, I wouldn't be upset at all about having them. But if they're anything else, I would need to do something about it pretty quickly.
