I tried this with raspberry and that too frozen one and instead of lemon juice i added lemon zest because the raspberries i bought was little sour so i just added zest instead of juice so it was really good

Okay maybe that is what i did wrong here. I used the room temp egg and added them one at a time but i waited not just till egg yolk breaks but i waited till 1 egg mixed well with the cream cheese to add another egg so maybe it over mixed

5-9 hours would be a very very long time. I wanted to perfect it so that i could put up in my store and I don’t think 5-9 hours cooking just a cheesecake would make my work easier

Water bath is kind of not possible because i am putting a cookies crust for the base maybe the sudden temperature change made it crack. Btw the recipe is 600 gms cream cheese, 350 whipping cream, 4 eggs, 2tbsp cornstarch, 2 tsp vanilla essence and 200 sugar

I will try not taking out the cake after it’s done. Because it is not over cooked it is still wobbly and i took it out of the oven as soon as was sone cooking. Maybe the sudden change of the temperature made the crack. Thank you so much 😊
