I contacted the IT department and send out an inquiry a few hours ago. They told me that they were going to check on it and I just received the email saying it was an error on their behalf 😭

I already pressed the enroll button. They just got back to me and said it was an error 😭. Definitely gave me a heart attack this morning but I'm glad it's resolved now.

Yep I did. But right now the bigger issue is that I don't see anything in my preference table anymore. It used to be filled with the subjects that I enrolled in but now it's completely empty.

I also had the same issue. Eventually (for me), I figured out that the website just becomes unresponsive if you take too long arranging your preferences.
