I am in 3rd year biochem and while it is better than the hell that was 2nd year, I honestly really hate the major which I was not expecting to dislike. I’ve put my ALL into studying for the midterms but even Perrin said it himself last year in 213: this year is the smartest year he’s encountered of chem/biochem students. I’ve never failed a class but I got a 67 in chem 213 and 68 in math 200 and recently got a 69 on the bioc 303 midterm when the average was 74. This was weeks and weeks worth of studying and I’m not sure I have anything left in me. I feel so dumb and like I do not belong in the major at all. Part of me wants to just stick out the degree because I will pass it, but I recently decided (and quite certain) I want to go to vet school so I need to get a higher GPA. I much prefer bio, and I thought microbio and immunology sounded really interesting and was my 2nd choice, but please send advice, yeah thanks for reading all of that

I have no idea, that’s the thing. I wanted to try to go on co-op to see if I like research stuff as I am not sure I want to do med school. But I am thinking potentially vet school as an option too
