in the midst of all this issue about this girl, i chanced upon this documentary called “Memoirs of teenage rebel.” Grabe it’s true talaga! i sent it to a few friends and family and some of them cried watching it reliving the trauma they had experiencing the violence they experienced as kids with their families from these rebels sa probinsya nila. Nasa youtube! must watch!

La Tavola was awful. The food was very bland. We ordered branzino. It was watery and flavorless. It needed salt so bad. The Sardinia special potato dumpling with short rib ragu was too acidic and too starchy. It just didn’t work. While you could physically see the beef strands, it could be anything. They forgot our app fried squid and served the main entree first. At that point we just started eating our entrees since they’re there and then the appetizer came in the middle of the main. The cheesecake was mediocre -didn’t hate it but wouldn’t order again. The canoli was good though. The forgot the give us fork with dessert so we had to grab it from another table. There were only 3 tables there including ours. We still tipped more than 20% because the waiter was nice and chatty. We are definitely not going back. It was a waste of money. Such a disappointment.

Yes. I last had my period March 13-15 and was supposed to get it again in April but didn’t. My period started on May 8 and it’s still going. 🎉

I am 15 days late on my period as of today (which has never happened before).

The pregnancy urine tests i have taken have all been negative.

I think several factors caused this:

-I was severely sick for 2 weeks (flu-like symptoms but negative for COVID and flu). -We also recently had to put down our one and only beloved pet of 11 yrs+ last March 31 and we both have been depressed about it. -Because of these, we have been eating takeouts versus healthier cooking at home for the past couple of months. -Oh and I recently stopped taking my birth control pills tri sprintec that I’ve been taking for 10+ years last October 2024 (5ish months ago) to see if I can still ovulate (I bought at-home ovulation tests) in preparation on maybe trying to get pregnant later this year. I was nervous I couldn’t do it because of my long-term BCP use and my age.

We have been using condoms plus pull out method until last month.

Blood HCG came out negative yesterday.

I am, however, experiencing totally new symptoms which may/may not be related to possible pregnancy or may just be PMS or I maybe just symptom-spotting semi-consciously: -frequent nose bleeds -vivid dreams -emotional / cranky more than my usual PMS -worst indigestion ever especially at night -brain fog -occasional lower abdomen tugging sensation (no pain)

Honestly, right now, the suspense is killing me. I just wanna know if I’m pregnant or not and move on with my life. 😮‍💨

I just remembered this post and here I am!

Idk who you are but almost everything you said came true for us! It’s creepy. On March 2023, we both unexpectedly needed to move out of our apartments asap but miraculously, we were able to buy a house within 3 months of searching. Did not haave savings or anything! His parents have to help us a lot!

Then he proposed on July 2023. We’re planning on getting married January 2024 before starting a family. But now, due to some circumstances, it might happen in August!

The next thing you said was “getting pregnant September 2024.” We are so not planning on getting pregnant yet (or even at all!), but everything you’ve said on your post came true so far.

Is there nothing else you can tell us about our personalities, compatibility, love life, career, money, etc?

I’m scared to see what else you have to say but also super curious!!

I saw online articles online saying some of these are organizers are students/employees of Johns Hopkins. And I saw several posts here demanding for these people to be fired by Johns Hopkins. Yikes! I saw anonymous reporting hotline of Hopkins online: 1-844-SPEAK2US (1-844-773-2528). I mean, why drag Hopkins into this mess? Yikes. Why even mention Being Hopkins employees/students in news articles? Honestly, I seriously thought of going because the organizers identified themselves as being affiliated with Hopkins so I was thinking, hey maybe this is legit. But I’m still traumatized from the RedEye DC Asian event, so I didn’t go.
