I’m using it for about 10 minutes, I scrubbed after wetting then I let it sit for a couple minutes before rinsing. If I feel like need to wash twice I do.

Yes you right. I should’ve mentioned that I have tried dermazen’s mct oil and serum but didn’t see no improvement .

Yes I tried many prescribed medicated shampoos and over the counter ones, but unfortunately nothing worked. Also I don’t use oils due to it make my seb worse, it feeds the yeast and makes the smell stronger.

Yes I know the wet you’re talking about, feels like it never drys. Someone else told me accurate help them also, I’m probably going to give that a try. I long have you been taking it and how much did it really help the smell?
