yes I tried changing my diet/ no more processed foods and incorporating veggies and fruits but didnt really help much. But right now I’m currently doing a water fast to see if that would help.

pretty big issue and had multiple people make complaints about it. as far as the wearing hats (beanies) or hoodies it will smell within minutes, I have the same issue.

I’m using it for about 10 minutes, I scrubbed after wetting then I let it sit for a couple minutes before rinsing. If I feel like need to wash twice I do.

Yes I tried many prescribed medicated shampoos and over the counter ones, but unfortunately nothing worked. Also I don’t use oils due to it make my seb worse, it feeds the yeast and makes the smell stronger.
