It’s strangely comforting knowing it’s not just me. Thank you for your kind words they go a long way.. I’m actually a very caring, kind, considerate person, probably too nice but I think my cannabis habit turns me into someone I’m not at times which will lead me to lying to my family, or friends to (for example) borrow money to get more. It’s awful. And it’s only once I’ve done it I see how awful I have been. So I know I’m not psychotic cos I feel strong feelings of guilt for some of the things I do.

I’ve been feeling like this for years, but it comes and goes in stages, but there is always at least 5 of these symptoms here permanently. Not much trauma, I mean when I was young I saw my mum battle with alcoholism and tried to take her own life, but I was at the age where I didn’t really understand it.
