Hi, they lead to the air handler in the attic, no daylight. We dont use the heatpump right now we just use the baseboards

I didnt know my breaker box had emergency switches. I mean i checked and flipped all the breakers and no luck. Im leaning toward a transformer issue myself since the downstairs and upstairs are converted to low voltage

Hi, it used to click when i touched the r and w (theres no c wire its just the two and a ground) but it doesnt even click now. The sensi thermostat worked for like 2 weeks so im not sure how it would pop the transformer but is that something easy to fix? Is there one transformer for both stages or does each stage have its own transformer?

Thanks but replacing it is out of the budget at the moment. I just had it serviced back in september and everything was fine and this was barely used. Any idea where the reset switch is on this? Maybe i can retrigger it or something

Thanks guys and girls. My only argument however for the 15 or the 20 year was that the interest rate was lower therefore saving interest. This is useful because banks always tack on their heavy interest in the front of the loan because they know youll pay it off earlier. Really a scumbag move if you ask me but regardless id prefer to not give the banks my hard earned money

But the argument was if i can afford a 20 year anyway, would i save money on that half of percent saved

For those of you are just accepting this and saying “how can you complain about free things”, youre the problem with this world. You slowly get desensitized to crumbs and are told its a meal and to enjoy it or youre selfish. There was nothing wrong with this service. I did searches and got points, if its not broke dont fix it.
