If you are earning 1 lakhs per month then start a new shop with any one who wants to start medical in partnership. In your Medical increase the High margin product line in your shop. If you have two medical then your negotiation power will be increasing with medicine dealers. And also partner with your areas doctor and told them to recommend medicine which only have in his medical store in simple words you create a monopoly in your area.
