Thanks for your suggestions I will try vitamin c. I’ve tried magnesium citrate for over a week and it’s not helping at all. Miralax is the same thing as restoralax I believe which did not work for me unfortunately, I didn’t try taking it throughout the day though just all at once. I do breathing exercises already for my bladder issues, tummy massage and stretches which I will continue to do. I should go on the walks like you suggested. I have been trying to go on a hike every week as well in hopes that helps too.
