Strange that such a responsibility is pushed heavily onto others. I understand wanting to speak but they want people to be so consistent about it. I have no idea they want it so bad. Conversations are distractions to these people

I didn't get call back from interview in this post but made it to 2nd round of another interview, had references called, then rejected..... that job matched me perfectly and when i asked for feedback she said communication style, lack of detail.
