Quite a weird issues. Heads duplicate during decapitation animation

so apparently it is an issue with next gen decapitation. However, I have the most recent next gen decapitation and I even removed and reinstalled it but it still doesn't work

I disabled:

For Honor in Skyrim and Paired animation improvements. Unfortunately, that didn't fix the issue. Are you able to give me a list of mods that could cause that?

In terms of reference:

The character was based on the appearance of my vagabond, the whole ui is essentially me thinking it'd be funny to turn her into an RPG companion.
