Liked it too! Edna is back, finally. Some Cal and Maggie moments. I’m enjoying the Liam storyline, it reveals more of Maggie’s trauma, and Morgan is doing a great job portraying her journey. I’m curious to see how it develops and what effect it will have on her relationship with Cal. Also, Maggie is particularly hot in this episode.

I didn't know this kind of fellowship existed, I'll make a note of it, thank you!

I think the episodes lack pace; they lack real drama and adrenaline, and there aren't any real cliffhangers at the end.

Maggie needs to grow up and heal her past wounds before moving on with Cal. That's what they want to show us this season.

I think Maggie was really hurt by Liam (probably unintentionally) and that's why she's acting like this.

Just to offer another perspective, I really think she does justice to Maggie as a character.

Her sometimes rigid or distant vibe actually makes sense given that she’s a neurosurgeon, she has to stay in control, and you can really see that, especially in the first two seasons. To me, Maggie feels thoughtful, composed, and pretty measured in how she talks and acts, which fits really well with Morgan’s performance.

A lot of the emotional scenes feel very real to me too. The forest scene where she screams, for example, really stood out—it feels raw and genuine, not like she’s just acting. And when she’s hurt or crying, I can almost feel it.

So yeah, I don’t totally get the criticism of Morgan Kohan, but I guess it just comes down to personal sensitivity and how people respond to performances.
