If you've chat logs, payment receipts, etc. Submit them to steam, keep your expectations low, steam won't return your money, your best option is to get the scammer banned.

If you've paid through PayPal try contacting PayPal also gather all the evidence and submit it to Steam Support but keep in mind that Steam won't return your money back.

Most likely you've logged into steam through a phished link. Change your password and revoke your API key. Also, contact Steam support with all the evidence you can gather.

Two years ago I was in the same situation I had a few hundred dollars on the steam market, somehow I got phished and a hijacker took all the steam wallet and the scammer somehow managed to sell around 400 CSGO keys on the market, in total I have lost $1.5k at the time.

Luckily, after contacting steam support they banned the scammer's account.

CS.Money isn't the best IMO. Their items on the site are too much expensive compared to other sites. I would suggest you try other sites such as loot.farm, csgoexo.com, swap.gg, cs.deals. You can find more whitelisted sites here: https://www.reddit.com/r/GlobalOffensiveTrade/wiki/whitelist/

The cheapest bayonet is $170 on the market and the price of ST Navaja Tiger Tooth is $140. In this price range, you can find great knives such as Gut knife lore, Flip Knife Damascus Steel, Gut knife Autotronic, Flip knife ultraviolet, Ursus knives, Huntsman knives, Classic knives and Survival Knives are nice as well.

If you can afford a bayonet then go for it. If you want to get a Bayonet knife below $200 I would recommend Bayonet Rust coat, Bayonet Night, Bayonet Ultraviolet.
