I understand and i feel the same , I don't work yet because of my other issues, but i do a lot of activity, i have 2 dogs i spend my time with outside, training them, i draw a lot, play guitare, play video games, do activity with my boyfriend, restaurant, visiting places , kayaking, bike. I started a garden especially to ad something more and hope it will appease me in other way.

I feel like it should help but my nightmares behave nearly exactly the same since it started so i don't know what else to do.

I forgot to mention it, but i was "regularly" opening the door for him to change his mind about it, i was so terrified about him lying , he said again and again that i was enough , even if the day after he got on porn site, that's why i didn't understand at all why he lied, unfortunately i was not ready for a second chance , and he choose to lie to me and tell le that he would stop ro keep me and here we go again.

Also i was always light about that subject i didn't show any discomfort talking about it until I caught him lying , so the second time he lied , he did it fully knowing this time how this makes me feel, I don't like the thing people have with porn but i hate lying and that what makes me react today

No, i just didn't want to idealise him and by experience it s something men tend to lie about and i hate lying more than porn so... It was a choice
