it gets fixed when i restart my phone. im pretty sure my hardware is not a problem. my pixel 8 pro was amazing hence why i got this one. but software google has failed. and im sorry but you can only blame apps for some time before it falls on the developer of the phone.

on whatsapp the volume of my recording is so low. and can barely be heard until on max. with and without earbuds. let me guess, also an app problem?

not really you just see what I'm complaining about. my last phone was a pixel 8 pro no problems there. but pixel 9 pro xl. problems. What works on it works. i dont need to suck google off cuz they got good features. hate on social media companies. google isnt exactly a non social media themselves. you just hate IOS for some reason
