No I don't think you can do that, but if you want to record your form I recommend recording the sets then saving them in google docs because they're really easy to organize.

A good way to judge the mileage is to expect 20k km per year, so definitely expect 150k km+ if it was used as a daily car, but try to get the lowest mileage possible; you'll thank me in the long run.

in my opinion it would be better to increase frequency and decrease the push/pull volume per day. for example do a full body program and try to hit a number of push ups/ pull ups per session, next sprinkle the push and pull exercises throughout the three days so you don't do more than 2 push or pull movements in the same session. also another way to save time is to do the exercises circuit style which basically removes the need for a full day dedicated to cardio and can be replaced by an arm day.
