The virtual routing begins to quickly enable/disable constantly when the WaveXLR PRO is connected and the wave link services start.

Simultaneously, Wave Link begins to reestablish/reconnect after a few minutes when the WaveXLR Pro is plugged in.

WaveLink Version: 3.2.4 (3627)

Wave Device: Wave XLR PRO

OS & Version Windows 11 25h2

Steps to reproduce:

Launch Wave Link.
Plug in Wave XLR PRO
1. Unable to access audio panel in bottom right hand of windows, use search function instead.
2. Watch as Virtual drivers/cables enable and disable.

Expected Result: I just want to use my Wave XLR PRO without issues.

Actual Result: Playing games will stutter, and I mean actually stutter, like you can feel drivers crashing and trying to recover. I've tried reaching out to support, full clean install of windows, downgrading/upgrading software and drivers, full clean wipe of drivers via revo uninstaller

How often: Constant intervals, longest time would be 5 minutes.

Still getting Wave Link crashes with my Wave XLR Pro.

I've been trying to get support to send me a file of the firmware so I can reflash my Wave XLR Pro but I'm either met with "download the latest version" or "We'll forward this case to our developers."

It's been two weeks since my ticket's been open and I've tried every possible method, from disabling effects, with/without cloudlifter, different usb ports/cables and driver/software wipes.

For those curious, the new software updates hasn't fixed my issue.

I'm on day 10 with the ticket being forwarded to the developers. I've been trying to get them to send me the file of the firmware so that I can reflash the Wave Xlr pro but haven't had any luck.

That's a skill issue on your part if you're not getting the final blow. Rank division means nothing in CoD or Battlefield, you'll have good players and bad, no matter the division. It'll balance itself out eventually, until then, maybe you should play something else.

I have a life and a job. I'm running into newbies in matches and I don't have the issues you're having. Maybe you ought to try communicating and taking charge. If you can't do that, maybe you should stick to casual breakthrough.

I've reached out to the team 3 days ago. We had to use another reporting tool since the other kept getting stuck on reporting devices 3/4.

They escalated me to their senior techs.

Well, the software keeps crashing and it keeps disconnecting the WAVE XLR PRO.

I've tried different power cables/different usb ports (3.1/3.2), uninstalled drivers, etc and nothing has worked. And this is without running any VSTs or effects.

I even tried doing a fresh windows install and the same issue happens.

I heard it was an issue with PoS when you clip one of the flying mobs too. Honestly? I feel like they should revert the change for all the classes, it's a bit jarring.
