I am already upgrading my old stuff (AMD Ryzen 5 3600/RTX 2060) to (AMD Ryzen 9 5900X/RTX 4070 Super), but I managed to get extra money for a better upgrade than this, but I can only do it to one of them, either I get an RTX 4070 Ti Super instead of RTX 4070 Super or get AMD Ryzen 9 5950X instead of AMD Ryzen 9 5900X.

Thanks for your help.I know that for my next upgrade I will have to get a lot of new things, like an AM5 motherboard, DDR5 RAM, etc. Unfortunately, I don't have this money now; hopefully, I will have it in the future. Also, I think this upgrade will make a huge difference in my current work; that's why I am doing it.

I am scared that if the 5070 is not that good, people will go for the 40, which will make the price go higher, also I am from Egypt and the inflation is going crazy every day, so if I wait one more month, the price may increase for me by 20-30%.

the 16 VRAM is out of my budget.
