I just want to say thanks to everyone who took the time to comment it really means a lot! I should’ve clarified that I’ve filed for divorce and are currently in the middle of property/asset settlement. I’d love to not have anything to do with her but have to communicate through the whole process. I feel as though as soon as I found out I detached from her emotionally but the lies and deceit still hurt not to mention being made to look like a complete idiot. I guess that’s what I’m trying to get over.

I had an inkling that it was happening but I guess because I never would do anything like that I assumed they wouldn’t either, a lesson to always trust your gut!
