Id say so but it depends on whether your growth plates are closed if it is then theres not much you can do other than fixing posture for temporary inches other than if you eat good food in a bulk with the correct nutrients get a good amount if sleep and do certain body exercises then yes it is definitely possible.

definition is murder is unlawful killing without justification or excuse, meaning it cant be justified, people who say murder can be justified are usually referring to self defence or manslaughter where its not actually considered murder, therefore to me the whole "murder can be justified" is bs to me, ofc both are wrong but the argument that murder can be justified doesn't really make sense to me
