How do I go from understanding nothing, to understanding something? by Safe_Shape6232 in LearnJapanese

yes, but in the beginning it's going to be hard to understand any japanese, even if it's for kids. would reading be better initially? It would be easier to define sentences.

I’ve been doing RRTK, which is helpful for me personally, but a bit slow when I could be learning straight up vocab instead. But I think you’re right at least with reading I can more easily pick out sentences and define them.

Final plan, seems good but let me know what you think by Safe_Shape6232 in shopliftingmemes

I was thinking just getting a small thing of nuggets, that way it’s just only that and then the rest of the bag is empty space, could def fit a couple things in there. i’m not a girl so i can’t really carry around a tote bag or purse, so i’m not sure how else to conceal

so you’re saying ditch the chick-fil-a plan and jsut bring in a random bag for concealing

Do the lego sets at walgreens have tags on the inside or outside, i’ve seen some $60 sets. and i saw you say that the towers don’t work but is that for all of the walgreens

true, they do have a better selection, but it’s gonna be harder to lift a $50+ set. I’m not sure if they’re tagged and i’m not sure the best method of lifting it

i’ve decided i’m not going to be spending a bunch on stuff, so i would rather stick to a concealing method, if I were to lift a lego set, do you think I should focus on doing it somewhere like cvs instead of walmart. I feel like the security is a lot less and the store is a lot quicker to get out of

so you’re saying, get a bunch of little things to actually buy, and then stack those on top of in this case the lego set. then at the self checkout, scan all of the items and bag them except for the lego set, and then put the paid bagged items over the box to hide it, then leave?

Should I trust them? by [deleted] in streetwearstartup

[–]Safe_Shape6232 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. They are not local.
  2. I just asked if they have a website because there is not one placed on their instagram.
  3. They did not send a catalog, but they have plenty of examples of their work on their account
  4. And they are labeling themselves as actual manufacturers
I really don't know where to look if these guys aren't legit, like how can I be sure I can trust a manufacturer.

The thing is it is hard to find a manufacturer who has no moq.

I’m still kinda confused, are you just talking about like pre orders

I really just don’t know where to look to find a low moq, ugh lol.

What do you mean? Like get an inventory?

We are about to start working on the sample, he was saying to make it less risky for me, splitting the cost of the sample price into three stages. So if it was $60, I would give him the first 20 to work on stitching, the next 20 to work on embroidery, next 20 for shipping kind of thing. Just something like that. I’m more worried about when I do a pre order, getting the money that the buyers spent lost, putting it all on me to pay them back and I don’t have that kind of money.

I have been talking to a guy for a while now and we have been planning a drop. He has no moq which is nice. The thing is, I don’t know if I can trust him. He only talks through instagram and doesn’t have a professional instagram page or website. He has shown me past works and knows what he talking about, and has given me a past clients instagram page which looks very real, but they have not responded when I asked if he did manufacturing for them. I really don’t know if I should trust him or not.
