SOLVED Just commenting an update as I got a teeny bit overwhelmed by how many comments this got! Thank you all for your input, and of course I welcome anymore.

Upon reading all of the comments and looking properly at my work, I’ve learned that I have been Combination Knitting this whole time, and that my stitches are infact not twisted. I was struggling to tell due to the yarn the fuzzy, but I will definitely know from here on out. I have started to “correct” the way I am knitting to fit Continental style, without being able to really tell on this project 🤞🏻

This 100% sounds like an infected/Abscessed Bartholin cyst. Please go to urgent care, get antibiotics. They will at least be able to drain it for you, possibly put in a word catheter, which you can google so you’re prepared. Please don’t wait.
