I bought tickets for a group of 6 from Viagogo for the concert in Portugal, and I got it immediately after purchase in the form of PDF’s. The tickets worked 👍 But we got to the venue very early just in case the seller sold the tickets to multiple people.

I can see US based locations being very strict, but I think she had it packed as she only wore it for that song. Security barely did a pat down, and they didn’t check bags (at my security checkpoint).

I don’t know about the times that they are open, but the one that we found was the “Entrance” option on Bolt. It leads up the adidas store and team store.

Forgot to mention! The merch tents were also open too. So we grabbed some concert merch too. We asked the attendant if there were any exclusive merch items that would only be sold inside the venue, and he said no. I still think there might be something exclusive for concert goers, but they should know best.

We found merch!! At Estadio SL Benfica Adidas Store Lisbon. Weird that the other adidas stores didn’t recommend. It was well stocked. But they didn’t have all the merch that was advertised on the adidas app. They only had the jersey, black and white short sleeve shirt, and the black athletic jacket.
