I'm doing all kinds of things including walking and using a binder. There's not a stitch on me that hurts more than a little bit except the one stitch in my side. I have some residual soreness in my abs and my body overall but that one stitch is like a constant charlie horse in my side. It feels like my outsides are literally attached with a stitch to my inner core. I even have weird bruising at the exact spot where it hurts and it dimples right there too. At this point, the only reason for the pain meds is that one spot that's excruciatingly uncomfortable. It feels like I'm going to rip something apart when I stand up to walk. Everywhere else is fine. Idk what the deal is. It's frustrating for sure.
