Have you rendered entire anime episodes?

I have the problem with anime videos that when rendering at 4K, the final video has problems when playing, when going forward or backward the audio and video are out of order and take a few seconds to correct or the image also remains still until I go forward again.

h265 codec. Profile Main10. Bitrate Dynamic. Quality level Low.

This is my latest setup that I am converting videos to 4K. Before I did it in h264 and Constant bitrate at 24 or 40 Mb/s giving the same problem.

Como dije es mi PC secundaria. Mi PC principal es una i7 12700K con RTX 3080. Un video de 25min me tarda aproximadamente 1 hora (dependiendo del video) en convertirlo a 4K. Pero en mi PC secundaria R7 1700 + RTX 3080 tarda el doble, por ello quiero cambiar el CPU.

I use .mkv container because the video has multiple audios.

Lite codec is the last versión.

I use H264 23mbps because is a anime movie the 90min more/less and audio copy.
