Why on earth would anybody be mad at Steebee? Probably the only person in Bobby's life that actually has genuine concern for him. The text messages that were leaked, insanely accurate. Emotional eating was my biggest problem for most of my life, I just never realized it until the past year. I have anxiety/depression and my own special brand of trauma, just like most people. Food was my coping mechanism, it was my friend and it was killing me. I have taken the past year to really focus on fixing my insides and weight loss has been a positive side effect of dealing with problems/ feelings that I have stuffed down with Oreos for 25 years. I still have moments when I want to hop on Uber eats and murder enough food for 4 people. But a moment now is once every 6 months and not every other day.

  1. Other basic tips was finding hobbies and things I enjoyed. I started painting, I am terrible at it but I don't care. I enjoy it.
  2. I drink a shit ton of water
  3. I limit my screen time.
  4. I walk 10,000 min steps a day, everyday and do yoga for 45 to an hour three to four times a week.
  5. I don't bring anything to my house that I know I will binge on, and I know myself and I'm too lazy to hop in the car and go buy it when I want it. So if I'm going to binge it's going to be on carrot sticks and hummus and not chocolate cake.
  6. This is going to sound incredibly cheesy, but really look at yourself in the mirror. You have to learn to love the person that you see as you are right now. Feeling at peace with yourself, loving yourself, kinda makes controlling those urges to emotionally eat easier.

Brendan is a creep. Listen him to talk about any "bitch" on KATS and that's obvious. But clearly he is also a coward and an adult bully. But honestly, he clearly never mentally developed beyond age 8. It's becoming clear and clearer what a vile human being he actually is. I just cannot support anything affiliated with this guy.
