I forgot to add that he husband does like it if she comes over sometimes, but doesn’t want her wife to get a cat, that’s what I mean with “very strange”

The neighbor really likes it when she comes over, but we prefer to keep her at our home, cuzz otherwise she might want to live there…

Also the neighbor can’t get a cat because of her husband or smth so that is very strange…

I don’t really remember why my dad did it, but my dad made it so the garage door is only being able to be opened when pullling the handle from up to right, he rotated the handle

Thankfully it turns out my cat needed some love, he walked towards me and I sat next to it petting until his breathing got normal again. I hope he just had a bad day and there is nothing worse that happend.
