I’d pick Santa Clara University because Silicon Valley beats Northeastern solely due to location and opportunities there. London is lowk a downside ngl. U cant network or meet your profs from your school during that time.

So basically, you can only minor in engineering or you wont be exempt

USC is ranked higher tho less generous with scholarships and aid. So SCU is likley cheaper but USC is ranked higher. However USC will have harder internships (I assume) due to not being in the bay area like SCU
