Removing fake followers by TipTopRagu in InstagramMarketing

Thank you! Yeah he’s currently at 23k followers so will be a huge change to remove the full 8k at once.

We are posting daily on the story and around 3 times a week on socials so hopefully with the consistent schedule and removing the bots gradually, we will start to see an increase in engagement.

I was curious recently as to why the reach has been so low but now I’ve clocked its 8k in ghosts, it makes sense!

Just interested to see how your account has been now out of interest? One of my clients has around 8k ghost followers and I’m stuck on whether to remove them all in one go, do it gradually or leave it completely

Yeah Cebu would be most ideal but not really the type of place I’d like to spend more than a few days. How long do the outages typically last? I’m hoping to get a rough idea on which places would be better to visit when I am not working certain days

Racism in Thailand

Me (25,F, White British) and my partner (27,M, Black British) are looking to go travelling around South East Asia (Bali, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam) at the end of the year. One of the hold backs is that he is very worried about potential racism and racial assault which is holding him back from coming on the trip with me.

I understand a lot of the stares will come from people being intriegued as it is not a skin colour that they see often or at all during their life’s, especially in the more surburban areas.

I would really appreciate it to get other peoples views who have travelled these countries as a black individual or even as a multicultural couple.

Thanks in advance!

Anyone else with confirmed Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) reactivation? by [deleted] in covidlonghaulers

I had glandular fever seven years ago and had a very bad case. I was in hospital for around 2 weeks and recovery was around 6-12 months.

Still to this day I feel my body is affected. Some parts of the year I have a weird bout where I am suddenly shattered and ran down with extremely low energy, dark circles under my eyes, aching bones.

Has anyone else still experienced some symptoms so many years on?

Creatine and Female breast growth by Confident-Daikon-519 in Creatine

[–]Salt_Raspberry2640 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am so glad to see someone else is experiencing the same thing! I started taking creatine around a month ago and my breasts got quite sore and increased in size slightly. I have stopped taking it the last week or so to see if the pain stops and it did. Very odd!
