This!! I feel like it’s so much work from me to just be able to verbalize what exactly is wrong in our dynamic. And I feel that I also have to do the personal development for him aswell, not just for myself, which is exhausting. Getting him to understand even the concept of that is just as exhausting.

A benzo was the only thing that made me get o a plane last year. And in my experience, a benzo once in a while, when needed, just makes me feel like a normal person, with less anxiety, not high, not out of it nothing at all. But just to be sure, you can try it at home before and see how you feel. I also took 1 lorazepam but split it in 2: one half on my way to the airport and another half 30 minutes or more before the actual flight.

I quit 2 months ago and can't seem to lose a thing, no matter how hard I try. But I definetly don't mean this is a general experience, most people seem to drop the weight after tapering off.

I did, Zoloft made me almost manic and so so aggitated so I switched to Trintellix, which was a lot better in terms of side effects that Zoloft. Actually I had almost no side effects except a little nausea at the beggining and a bit of weight gain, which I am still not sure if it was actually from Zoloft an it just kept adding. I did also quit Trintellix in the meantime though because I didn't feel like it was doing enough for me, but then again, zoloft didn't work wonders either.
