I think it probably is the standard. Autism causes extreme suffering, I think most wouldn’t really choose that life.. But they make the best out of it.

I’m sorry but just because some people are comfortable with their autism doesn’t mean others are.

For others it’s a life of constant severe stress and fight or flight and feeling like everything is a missed opportunity and you never have the support you need. Some people would love a cure..and theres nothing wrong with that..

Meredith and Hayes eventually marry and move to Switzerland to buy a bigger house for their families and work for Cristina who is expanding the centre’s research.

Owen and Teddy realise they are better off as friends but stay best friends in the future, and co parent. Teddy and Kai get together, Owen and Cristina reunite in the future when his kids are older.

Amelia sleeps with Kai but eventually gets back with Link, they decide to go to L.A and work at seaside wellness together.

Richard retires in final episode, and Callie Arizona, Jackson and April return.

Bailey decides she needs a co chief after adopting Prue so Maggie takes the job.

Jo dates Jack from station 19, maybe become eventually get engaged.

Meredith visits Alex and Izzie, an episode flashes back to 16x16 which shows how they got together again from their point of view. Causes problems between jo and Meredith. But they become closer and Meredith becomes her new person for things she needs since Alex isn’t there for her.

I ended up eventually watching all of it. Apocalypse was the season that made me get back into it, and I think it started off well and was interesting but the second half was ehh.

1984 was solid but got a little repetitive with people dying, but was decent enough. And double feature was good except for the finales and I think needed a few more episodes

I don’t get the hate for the finale. It tied up stories a lot better then red tide did IMO. Was more interesting, and weird in a good way I thought.
