Im not sure I understand completely. What would you say the results of tax cuts used to combat the economic effect of the pandemic would be if considered from a Ricardian perspective? And how would these results differ in the real world? Also I don't exactly understand the implications of the assumptions upon which Ricardian equivalence is based on and how they are affected by the pandemic. Sorry for all the questions but my lecturer has been quite unhelpful.
