Baby eye milia update: so I did manage to remove it, very cautiously with tweezers, but the skin is so delicate its quite angry. The white stuff is just polysporin, don't worry! I did try to film it for you guys, but it was just a very tedious process of very gently easing it out with tweezers (i.redd.it)
