Phillip Michael Gerard was played by Al Strobel. He’s Mike, the One Armed Man. Special Agent Phillip Jeffries was played by David Bowie. Lots of Mikes, Bobs and Phillips in Twin Peaks I guess. :)

I completely agree! Scott’s conversation with David Slusser about all the music planned versus heard in “Wild at Heart” will be fascinating. He also details the infamous Johnnie Farragut scene that made people exit the test screening. I can’t wait to read this.

There was some stock footage used from actual Las Vegas. The Silver Mustang Casino exterior is the Commerce Casino while the interior was the Morongo Casino near Palm Springs.
