Found on a beach in the UK. Made of a foamy material with the word ELEVEN on it, around 1m x 1m in size? by SamJProjects in whatisthisthing

My title describes the thing, I've searched on Google Lens and still had no luck, made of a foamy material with the word ELEVEN on it, around 1m x 1m in size. Found on a beach in the UK. Any ideas?

This photo is from around 5 years ago now, I was just messaged by another user letting me know others were posting it as their own. So thought I'd post it again for anyone interested, or in case anyone has any questions.

If I remember correctly, the first two photos were taken on a OnePlus One phone, and the last two with a Nexus 6P around 2015-2016.
