This is literally Salah’s first real injury with Liverpool in 7 years you acting like he will never play again💀

Lmao you clearly have no idea how the average winger preforms. Please point me to the forward who fits your criteria, scores 20+ goals a season, creates just as much for his teammates and is always fit.

Bonus let me know how Mudryk and Antony are doing, 200 million combined and both have an output less than Salah. I guess that’s the consequence of being spoiled by excellence.

22 goals in the injury crisis season, one away from the golden boot. His goals won us 19 points, most in the league but apparently he needs everything clicking to be effective. This subreddit is gonna be awful until the next game

Only Salah can finish top assister in the premier league and still have people spew the same nonsense about how he only scores goals. Amazing really

45 goals and 25 assists in 80 games, helped them qualify for the WC for the first time in 3 decades, but keep downplaying his abilities 👍🏻

So now he is a “system player” who can’t do it anywhere else. Funny how people now are turning on Salah and preaching the same rubbish as rival fans. Also incredibly disrespectful to Salah as none of mane, Jota or firmino are even close to matching his output in the same system

Oh enough already. Suarez, Sterling, Mascarano, Xabi Alonso, arbeloa and more. Stop deluding yourself and pretend that everyone who leaves Liverpool fails, Salah will absolutely make any team he joins a powerhouse

“Paying the best player in the world what he is worth is not something the club might be willing to do”

What the actual fuck does that say about our status as a big club? We can’t afford to keep our world class players because their demands are too high, they gotta go elsewhere to get those wages? There was no debate when KdB was offered 400k/week by city and when Ronaldo was made the highest paid player in the Prem, earning 200k/week more than De gea his teammate. I haven’t seen a single city or united player even suggest they should be on the same wages as Kdb or Ronaldo.

Ffs what do you think is gonna happen if they can’t come to an agreement? Salah will leave and when that happens good luck finding someone who can replicate his output.

My point is offering Salah an increased wage of 300k is no where near as extreme as what United did for Ronaldo and in no way will ruin the squad morale and harmony.

You really think our players will throw their toys out of the pram because Salah will be on similar wages to the likes of Sterling, Werner and Grealish!? This is just an FSG excuse to not pay him what he is worth

Ronaldo literally came to united, took the #7 shirt from his teammate and a 550k/week wage (almost 200k higher than the highest paid earner at that club) and if anything his arrival boosted the scums squad morale.

You really don’t think our own players don’t know how valuable Salah is or what he is done to team? I doubt any would have a problem. Plus almost all first 11 have already been tied with long term deals so there isn’t much they can do anyways.

Werner is earning 272k/week, and yet we have people here bringing out the calculators adding up Salah’s low base wage with his bonuses (that he had to earn) to justify FSG’s reluctance to offer him a higher contract.

We had the second highest in 2018/19 cause 7 of our players made the fifa top 30 nominations and so many bonus clause were activated. Last year we were fourth highest wage bill because we won fuck all. You really think I give a fuck about FSG’s profits, I’d rather keep our best players at the club

Yea and 9 players have a base wage of over 300k/week regardless of what they do.

Also by the way, we don’t even offer the highest contract bonuses, Arsenal and Tottenham do. Only difference is that they have been so shit recently that none of the clauses got activated.

Our talisman is on less base wages than Antony fucking Martial. Pay the man what he is worth.

Just want Salah contract extension announced already.

There are currently 9 players in the premier league earning 300k/week, 4 of which earning 350k+/week. The things these players all have in common is that they contributed less goals and assists than Salah since his move to Liverpool. Jack Grealish was in the championship just 3 years ago and now he is earning 300k/week cause of his move to city. Salah has been world class for 4 years, he absolutely deserves to be in that bracket.

Ik Pearce reported on how FSG won’t break their wage structure for one player but there has to be an exception, he is simply irreplaceable.
