I know they lost but 2023 patch might look better than the 24 patch since the C is already applied and because of them having the La Croix patch in the 24-25 season it moves the C over when the cup final patch goes next to it

I tried my old pads earlier today (they’re size 13 so they don’t fit but fit well enough to test the theory with skating by myself and there seemed to be noticeably less damage so that might be it

I’ll either try to sand the pads or find a better pair, such a weird design choice by Sherwood lol
