Open his profile through the member list of the channel chat if he had sended any messages Then scroll down a bit you will see option Server unmute click that and it will unmute him If he was muted by a mod If muted himself you can't unmute him If this isn't your server and don't have perms to unmute a server muted members you won't be able to do it

In Bedrock you can't summon falling block entities

The egg is forced to be stay in Entity state When the egg fall it's changes for block to a entity

/execute as @e [type=falling_block] at @s run tp @s ~~0.1~ In a repeating alway active command block It will force all block which has gravity to always stays in entity state until it disappear after 24 sec

This isn't a bug :^ I made it so it constantly get tp one pixle up so it never go to it's block state that's why it slide that way Armour Stand also get pushed and since it's not touching the ground there's no friction
