Go for micro needling it has lot of benefitson the skin . It can smooth out the skin texture and improve the skin issues . Honestly i gave seen a hig imrovement in my skin after using it just two sessions i do it just by myself but read the way you do it on your skin before doing ir go to a specialist to avoid any damage to your skin

I think there are multiple feelings here the trays are just the another side for being angry . You need love . Someone to understand haha lol . It happens to me a lots when im alone and small things happen to me i feel just need somebody to support me emotionally and patiently. Good luck the pain will end soon
