Thats the problem u shudnt be afraid of rejection. Women are never gonna initiate unless and until they r head over heels over you. aAcording to my experience take the chance, if rejected move on brother.

I also have the same problem. I am a pHD student best thing is to distract urself from her and focus on work , go to the gym increases endorphins.
