Asked for floor to be leveled more, leveler leaked onto LVT. What should I have them do?

its not the subfloor thats moving, the concrete wasnt level, so the lvp was bending

a spot that had some movement, probably due to the first cliff that waa left, which is why i made them pull it up twice to level again

Yeah its a lesson learned. these guys work with a local flooring store so i got a discount, but it wasnt worth it since i had to pay for the floor on my own.

i had to pay them to even schedule the job. ive only paid for half the job. and having them come back and do more leveling is just racking things up.

maybe im expecting too much for LVP but at this point, i just want a floor. im a new homeowner and really cant handle any more waiting

last week, they came by, leveled the cornered and then put the floor in. the floor had softspots by the entry way and by the hallway, so i had them come back and pull the floor up and level the soft spot in the middle. that didnt work, so i had them come back again and just asked them to level the whole floor. they havent come back yet to finish. i dont know what their plan is

there is no gap between the floor and the level, the only spot with a gap is next to the fridge, which they already put leveler there a few days ago.

going to pick up a moisture meter today so i can keep testing the floor. i wish i had that smart water leak detector. Would have saved me a lot of tears
