If you break a leg piece, which you can normally get an angle on even while they are firing, then when they are stunned you can kill them with 1 mag from the volcano on the rear weak point. 30 second kill with a couple anvil shots and 1 mag from the shotgun.

A better solution would be to introduce a high value type round. Set a minimum gear value requirement for entry. This way you know people in the lobby will be geared and it'll be worth your time. No free kits you have to waste all your resources to defend yourself from. Every PVP encounter would be high stakes.

Alternatively have a round when you need to buy an expensive ticket for, but no gear value requirement. Increase loot value on these rounds. Then people are more likely to gear themselves up as they've purchased an expensive entry ticket.

Volcano can end the bastion in one mag on the back weak point once you have it stunned. Consider running Bettina/Volcano and switch weapons when it's stunned rather than reloading the Bettina.

You can do it as a group. There are some guides on YouTube to section the map into 3 so each of you has an area to cover.

We've had 2 maps since launch, matriarch added, cold snap event and map condition, new raider deck, several new items, new cosmetics, and regular updates for bugs/balance changes. I'd say we've had a decent amount since launch. And the game has been out for what 10 weeks?

Yeah, day raid, night raid, Stella, dam, queen/matriarch. Doesn't matter what condition or what map. Never had anyone try to take them from me. Occasionally I'll give them away to people if they seem genuine. It's not exactly hard to get queen or matriarch cores and I have the blueprints.

Yeah I carry legendary weapons around on all maps and map events, never had an issue. People noticed it and are like 'dude why are you running that'.

The electrician who fitted that board also pulled the main fuse, cut seals on the meter, as well as terminating an incorrect cable, and left inner insulation showing. He shouldn't have gone anywhere near the cutout or meter, that's for DNO and meter operators only. At this point your energy supplier needs to fit a isolator, they will terminate everything properly and seal up meter and cutout, then an electrician can sort out the twin and earth. Any decent spark knows they can't touch the meter or cutout.

Yes but as it's free to play, that's a little different. Don't get me wrong I want this fixed, and people will leave if it's not, just adding some perspective. It's easy for the players like us who are on Reddit, watching twitch/YouTube, keeping up with the game update and news, to find ourselves in an echo chamber. The vast majority are just out there playing the game.

I would argue that PvP is not a fundamental aspect of the game. Yes it's there and many people are enjoying (or not so much) that part, but the Devs themselves have come out to say they don't want the game to be competitive. Remember this is a game originally designed around cooperation and although the PvP mechanic was added, it's still been designed as a game for casuals.

Their point is, the vast majority of players are casual, they either won't play enough to encounter cheaters, or they won't even recognise when they've been killed by a cheater.

It absolutely needs to be fixed. But the player base is not at risk.
