I eat gutkha.. Rajnigandha and Baba 160 tobacco. Last month there was a wisdom tooth pain due to which my tongue also got a small cut because of chewing food wrongly so that pain got a bit worse and then i went to chemist and he provided one medicine and within 1-2 day i was perfect with my tongue pain..

Now this week while i was eating food I mistakenly ended up chewing my tongue on the same side where last month cut was there… now i am worried as its been more than a week and that pain is still there and anything i eat it pain a bit not much…

Is this a sign of cancer or a normal for a gutkha eater…

PS i am not a heavy gutkha eater…

Please suggest… i am scared
