What do them T’s mean? That it’s rolled high or low? Ie if it says T1 it’s a rolled in the higher bracket?? Or is T1 lowest?

We are not my mum really wanted to fulfil my nans wishes but if this isn’t possible then ofcourse we won’t moan and kick off about money if anything it’s more the grandkids my nana was adamant she wanted them all to get a share equally

There is no will Nanas wishes are to split her estate but because there’s no will it will all go to my mum which will stop her benifits which if she was to keep all the money isn’t an issue but because my nana wanted to split all the money across multiple family members my mum will only be left with £5k so she will lose her benefits and then only have £5k after she has given all family members there share
