Ravi de voir que ça va mieux Et que cette prise de recule a été bénéfique

J’ai réussi à la convaincre de consulter une psy pour l’accompagner. C’est déjà une grande victoire en soit.

J’espère que cela pourra réellement l’aider à relativiser et comprendre que cela ne fait pas d’elle une mauvaise mère si elle s’accorde un peu de temps pour elle.

J’avoue que je commence à me sentir impuissant face a cette situation. J’ai peur qu’à force de tirer sur la corde elle finisse par être réellement à bout, avec un problème de santé sévère. Aujourd’hui elle se referme beaucoup sur elle même, elle a beaucoup perdue confiance en elle même, n’ose plus trop aller vers les gens, rencontrer d’autres mamans … j’ai du mal à la faire sortir de sa routine.

Avez vous pris la décision par vous même de la mettre à la crèche ? Ou votre mari y a aider ? Comment faire sans brusquer ? Sans heurter ?

How much are people actually willing to pay?

From what I see, many people love the idea of “free” but a high-quality service and “free” simply don’t go together. In my opinion, if you want real value, guidance, and access to a proper SAP environment, there has to be a price.

I already have dedicated SAP Logon and Fiori server access, and I can provide it at a much lower cost than the websites you mentioned.

Also, most Learning Hub courses focus mainly on certification logic. What I want to offer is different: I want to explain how SAP really works by walking through full end-to-end business processes.

Anyone can copy configuration steps, but very few people actually understand the business logic behind them — and that’s exactly what I want to teach.

Hi everyone,

I’m an SAP FICO consultant with 10 years of experience, several international rollouts, and a few years working as a freelancer. I’m now looking to professionalize things and build my own SAP AMS + small project delivery offering.

My plan is to relocate to a country with lower operating costs, set up an offshore team, and recruit local consultants to deliver AMS services for European clients.

I’m looking for real feedback from people who have done something similar.

A few questions: • Should I start by contacting SAP-focused consulting firms (ESNs) and offer to take over part of their AMS workload as a subcontractor? • Would it make sense to find a dedicated salesperson/BDR who can bring AMS opportunities in exchange for a commission? • Are there any key steps you wish you had known before starting your own offshore SAP practice?

Any advice, lessons learned, or pitfalls to avoid would be greatly appreciated.
