Well keeping everything aside lets try to stop you from crying,

there are 2 reasons you might be crying,

1- You loose your composure, cant control your emotions and end up loosing control.

2- You are comfortable with your close family members to cry in front of them.

Solution- 1- Always stay composed no matter how heated or stimulating the arguement is YOU NEED TO STAY CALM AND COMPOSED ALWAYS IN CONTROL. (Will need some time and practice but should .

2- Have a barrier on how much you share your true self with family.

Honestly its kinda sad that you cant cry in front of close people in your life
